Every month you will receive a new general recommended playlist. In addition, InClubMusic
provides you with every changing monthly playlist options. These may include medleys
of themed music playlists such as Dance Moves, Boot Camp, Energetic (up to 155 BPM),
Movie Themes at 140 BPM), Latin, Beach songs etc. These themed playlists are designed
to offer staff another way of making the workout more fun and interactive with a
list of ideas to go with the playlists.
