Can I install ICM myself?
Yes. The installation CD contains all the software you need to get started. Simply put in the CD and follow the prompts on-screen.
I am not very ‘computer literate’ … can you help set this up for me!?
Yes. As well as phone support, we can organize a professional systems technician to visit you onsite and get everything running smoothly (Sydney only).
Can I install ICM on my existing Club PC?
ICM will work on any PC running Windows XP SP1 or later, that meets the minimum hardware specs.
What are the minimum/recommended hardware specs for ICM?
ICM can run any Intel Pentium 4-based or AMD Athlon XP1200+ (or higher) CPU, with 512mb RAM, 2gb available hard disk drive space, 1 x USB2.0 Port and a CDROM. For optimal performance of both ICM and your existing management software (I.E. iGoFigure), we recommend running ICM on a Intel Core2duo/ AMD Athlon X2 CPU with at least 1gb RAM.
